The Cow, the Needle, and the Menu

If they mix it into the feed and it finds its way into the animal’s digestion, it inevitably seeps into the bloodstream—and from there, into the meat we are meant to eat. Has anyone, anywhere, tested the collateral effects this might have on the food chain? I genuinely don’t know; I’m asking.

And if they did test it, by what methods? The same rushed, politically convenient procedures that cleared other “emergency” treatments pushed more by narrative than necessity? Because if the cows themselves seem to react poorly—as early reports suggest—then it’s probably not ideal for the human animals further up the chain.

Meanwhile, the supposed justification for this tampering—the reduction of methane emissions—is laughable. Earth’s atmosphere already disposes of methane with ruthless efficiency; its concentration is measured not in parts per million, but in parts per billion. Despite billions of cows burping their way through history, methane remains barely detectable.So, one wonders: are we being slowly poisoned for nothing at all? Is this entire exercise just another ritual sacrifice to appease the climate gods? I don’t have the answer. I’m merely asking the question nobody seems to want asked.
